Chris Clark, President & CEO

Mr. Clark is a results-driven executive with over 18 years in the conception, design, development, deployment, and sales of supply chain solutions. As a co-founder of Procuri, his vision and leadership drove the development of on-demand solutions for this leading provider of on-demand supply management solutions. In 2007, Ariba bought Procuri for $100MM. Earlier in his career, while at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), Mr. Clark led numerous projects to implement supply chain solutions within global firms, such as Ralston, Home Depot and Jockey International. Mr. Clark graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from the University of Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Math minor.

Ralph Widmaier, Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Operations

Ralph is responsible for Deposco’s global sales, marketing, channels and services strategy.  Ralph is a 25-year veteran in the application software business with a wide range of experience in new product development, operations, sales, marketing and executive management.  Ralph was instrumental in the growth and success of two of Atlanta’s most successful, privately held application software companies, TSW International and Procuri. 

Most recently, Ralph was a Regional Vice President of Sales prior to Ariba’s acquisition of Procuri and served as a Sales Director at Ariba. Previously, Widmaier was Senior Vice President of Sales at Enermetrix and Vice President of Sales at Indus International. Ralph’s experience and successful track record in efficiently launching new, disruptive technologies, and assuring customer success enhances Deposco’s ability to execute on its strategy of helping companies achieve operational excellence.

Ralph received his B.S. from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama.

Mike Barker, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Barker has 17 years of international supply chain management experience in Southern Africa, Western Europe, the UK and the USA. Most recently, Mr. Barker was VP of Solution Consulting for Descartes Systems Group (DSGX), where he instituted a highly successful value-based approach to selling software solutions. Prior to that, he built a supply chain consulting practice for operational improvement and technology implementation projects. He also has seven years with a third party logistics provider (3PL) managing distribution operations for companies including BMW, Nestle and Proctor & Gamble. Mr. Barker graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management.

Ross Rankin, Vice President of Development

Ross has for the past 15 years specialized in creating and implementing high performance products, systems and strategies that have had a direct impact on the growth and profitability of diverse Fortune 500 clients, big 5 consulting firms and start-ups. Ross founded a successful software company that was acquired by the leading company in its vertical. He has consulted for clients like GE, Home Depot, Merck, Pfizer, Sprint and Coca-Cola in information technology.

Ross holds a MBA in Management Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has 20 years of technology industry experience including having run technology development teams for 13 years.  Ross attended Rutgers University for computer science as an undergrad. Prior to joining Deposco, Ross started a successful company, MediaOcean, which ultimately sold to its largest competitor.

William M. Gibson, Director

Mr. Gibson is a software and supply chain veteran with over 25 years of experience delivering market-leading applications to Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Gibson founded, built and grew Manugistics Inc. (now part of JDA Software), a leading provider of supply chain planning solutions, where he served as Chairman and CEO for 15 years until his retirement in 2001. He pioneered the creation of the supply chain market and was instrumental in helping Manugistics reach annual revenues in excess of $250 million, with 1,000+ employees at 29 offices around the world. Since retiring from Manugistics, Mr. Gibson serves on the board of directors for several private companies and as Managing Partner of The Albermarle Group, a privately held investment firm. Mr. Gibson earned a Bachelor's degree in economics from Villanova's College of Commerce and Finance in 1966. He also completed the Harvard Business School executive education program.

William G. Gibson, Managing Director

William G. Gibson is a Managing Partner of The Albermarle Group, a privately held investment firm. Prior to Albermarle, Mr. Gibson was a Vice President at Grotech Ventures, where he was responsible for financing and ongoing support of early- and later-stage software companies. Previously, Mr. Gibson was with Manugistics Inc. (now part of JDA Software), a leading provider of supply chain solutions, where he held responsibilities including business consulting, new market development, client relationship management, and strategic account sales in North America and Europe. In addition to his duties at Albermarle, Mr. Gibson serves on the board of directors for several private companies, including Deposco Inc. and BrainBox Enterprises Inc. Mr. Gibson received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia
