Deposco’s on-demand warehouse management system (WMS), ShipForce, reduces throughput time by making your operations paperless. Your pickers receive instructions on handheld mobile devices and move throughout the warehouse scanning boxes, bins and locations with the same devices.

ShipForce directs putaway through algorithms that include Directed-Mixed bin, Directed-Dedicated bin, and Prescribed (predefined storage locations). These algorithms optimize associate movements in the warehouse and bin and warehouse utilization.

ShipForce optimizes pick sequence to minimize travel time and distance of associates. Because all operations are automated, you now have bin-level location management. You also never have to conduct a physical inventory again, only cycle counting.

ShipForce also provides the tools required to build and manage shipments, including validation, “ship via˝ methods and printing packing lists.

ShipForce’s configurable workflows, provided through the Deposco eXpandable Platform, allow you to customize the system to match your unique business processes, avoiding time-consuming manual workarounds. Workflows automatically trigger and assign tasks based on customer and order attributes.
